Next, take 3% of hydrogen peroxide solution and mix it with one teaspoon of any detergent you use for dishwashing. Make sure the detergent is plain and not a caustic one. Add the solution on top of the baking soda, soak it thoroughly.
Leave it behind for 1-2 hours, upon drying it will leave behind baking soda which can then be removed using vacuum cleaner.
